Literary Lineage Project
One of the most effective strategies of good teaching is getting to know the students. This beginning of the year classroom activity will provide students an opportunity to describe their own experiences with their favorite books. Using a twelve-sided "Bloom-Ball" (or in this case, a "Book-Ball"), the students will present their favorite books from throughout their time school and beyond. I hold a B.A. in English and an M.Ed. from Arizona State University. I have also taken graduate courses in English Literature at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
