About the store
I have been a teacher for more than 10 years and have two children of my own (which has made me an even better teacher!). I especially love challenging GATE students and creating fun and exciting lessons that can really access higher learning. I have taught grades 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6th. I especially love teaching reading and writing since these were areas that challenged me most a child learner myself!

Students will find parts of 100 using printable large ovens- print on legal size paper and you can increase the size to 11x14 at your local print shop for large work-mats (I like to laminate them and use them multiple times), cookie trays and counters, and finish off with a partner worksheet. Experience

I have been a teacher for more than 10 years and have two children of my own (which has made me an even better teacher!). I especially love challenging GATE students and creating fun and exciting lessons that can really access higher learning. I have taught grades 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6th. Teaching style

I thrive on hands on fun activities for children. I love centers and have even had great experience teaching centers for upper elementary students. I feel like it is important to be current and relevant with students. If they need to be silly in their writing and it encourages them to write... so be it! Bring on the silliness (watching the appropriate factor too!).

My own education history

I graduated from the University of Oregon with my degree in Educational Studies. I also received my teaching credential and masters degree in Educational Leadership. I have continued my education since then taking workshops that help broaden my world as a teacher.
