This product is a set of four math sprints and subitizing flash cards. A math sprint is a one minute timed mental math fluency practice. This set of sprints uses stars, both in recognizable patterns and arranged at random, to develop mental math fluency with numbers 1-10.
This resource gives your students a chance to see 2D shapes in the world around them. After studying the names and characteristics of rectangles, triangles, squares, and circles, students wander around the classroom to find real world examples of simple 2D shapes. This product is great for introducing measurement, length, and non standard units. Students should color the number squares from the bottom to the top of each image. Then students will write the correct length in the open square in the top right corner. This product works as part of independent, small group, or whole class learning, depending on student need. These practice sheets can be completed individually or assembled with the front cover provided and made into a measurement book.
