My classroom is a diverse place made up of students from many backgrounds, including students with disabilities, English Language Learners, and gifted and talented students. I am a passionate Algebra 1 teacher who loves to create engaging classroom activities. I have been teaching Algebra 1 at both the middle and high school level for twelve years!! My teaching style is one that engages students to be active learners where they participate in activities that are fun and interesting.

My own education history

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Mathematics in a dual Major Program. I also have a Master of Science in Instructional Technology as well as a Master of Science in Leadership and Administration. My passion lies in creating curriculum!
