This bundle includes a goal-setting template organized around the four pillars of SPARCSS (leadership, community, instructional strategies, soft skills) and a coaching document to guide conversations around setting initial goals, monitoring progress toward achieving goals, and reflection.
SPARCSS Coaching Document/Guide
This guide can be used to facilitate conversations with SPARCSS (Success Pathways Achieved through Readiness, Community, Strategies, & Skills) teams and administrators. The document includes goal-setting coaching questions and follow-up coaching questions designed to move thinking forward and deepen implementation of the program.

Awards & shining teacher moments
Among her awards, Kelly is the recipient of the International Literacy Association’s Reading and Technology Award for classroom technology integration, the Nila Banton Smith Award for developing a program for helping teachers implement literacy strategies into their content area classes, and the Pedagogical Innovation Award for her use of technologies in university-level curriculum design.
