About the store

Experience

I taught for 5 years in a private special education school teaching high school students. Currently, I work in a public school teaching in a kindergarten self-contained room. I absolutely love my students and my job!

Teaching style

I love to use products/materials with manipulatives, whether they are pictures, items, etc. They allow for a hands on experience for my students, which helps them to get the most out of a lesson. I absolutely love adapted books and use them in so many different ways. In addition to the picture aids in adapted books, I love finding the items that correspond to the book so that my students can begin to generalize the vocab word from the very beginning.
