Structured Classroom Co. was created to support teachers with what they need most-clear, practical systems that reduce planning time and bring consistency to the classroom. As an educator, I’ve seen how quickly instructional time can be lost to disorganization, unclear expectations, and the constant demand to create materials from scratch. My goal is simple: to design resources that help teachers feel prepared, confident, and focused on student learning and not overwhelmed by planning. My experience in education has shaped a deep understanding of what teachers actually need: resources that are not only aligned and thoughtful, but also realistic to use during a busy school week. I believe effective classrooms are built on: Clear expectations, Strong routines, Thoughtful questioning, and Opportunities for students to think, reflect, and grow. My own education history

I hold a bachelor’s degree in English and Secondary Education and an Executive Master’s degree in Leadership. I earned my school leader credential through the New Leaders Aspiring Principals Program. My work in education spans 22 years and has focused on strengthening student learning through structured, data-driven, standards-aligned instruction and effective classroom systems.
