This is a test goal planner for students to use right before they begin preparing for the ACT. I use it when I teach ACT classes after school at the start of the course, but you could have students complete it when the semester starts or at the beginning of a unit on the ACT.

Students receive three passes at the start of each quarter and may choose to use them for homework, bathroom, or water. This resource includes classroom implementation suggestions, student instructions, and passes. It works very well for my ninth graders but would be useful to anyone teaching students independence and responsibility.
