I’m a Canadian teacher from Newfoundland and Labrador with 16 years of experience in K-6. I also have ADHD, which means I’ve spent years figuring out how to stay organized, focused, and on track—and then helping my students do the same. My philosophy is simple: if something works for me, there’s a good chance it’ll work for them too.
The resources I create come from real classroom moments—the ones where things click, the ones where they don’t, and everything in between. They’re designed to support focus, organization, and engagement without overcomplicating things (because teaching is busy enough as it is).
Everything here is classroom-tested and built for real life—where attention wanders, plans shift, and sometimes the simplest approaches are the ones that work best.
