Weekly Student Productivity and Behavior Log [EDITABLE]

This file was originally created as a communication tool to update the Special Education Teacher on how students did in their inclusion classes. My paraprofessional would complete it so there was documentation on behavior and their work productivity, as well as showed the teacher if extra practice was needed. It can be used in many other ways as well. The first document is my original and the second is an editable version for you :) !

Picture Behavior Think Sheet

This product was created for my younger students who were not yet proficient readers. By adding the visuals, they were able to complete this worksheet during their "Cool Down" time independently.

Absent Work Form

This product was extremely helpful when trying to keep track of students work when they were absent. Between work in the general education and special education classrooms, I found all parties were not on the same page. I created this so that all teachers could write their work on one page and it went into an 'Absent Work' folder with the work written down. Students returned the folder and checklist when everything was complete. I also added the checkboxes, so students could visually keep track

Writing Goals Clip Chart

I tied these writing goals together with string vertically. Each student had a personalized 'Selfie' cartoon picture of themself (With their name) attached to a clothespin. Then I would clip their picture onto whatever writing goal they were working on. It was extremely helpful because I could change their goals easily and whenever it was needed :)!

Schedule Cards~Film Strip Themed

These schedule cards were made so the students could visually see the daily schedule. It works wonders for our classroom, especially with the clocks on each one so the students can match the clock on the card with the actual clock in our room. These were made for the General Education classroom as well as a Special Education Self-Contained classroom. This Product Includes: Three: ‘Today’s Schedule’ with three different teachers (different hair colors) Two: Language Arts Math Break Ti

All about me, Drivers License~~ROAD TRIP THEMED [[Editable]]

Teacher Sign~ When you are not in your room! [EDITABLE]

My students came to my Resource Room on their own, but sometimes I had to take care of issues or walk a child back to class. I had a student who would wonder the halls looking for me, asking every teacher where I was. Hence, I created this sign. It hung outside of my room, and whenever I was not in the classroom I would hang the corresponding sign so they knew where and what to do! It was a life saver for me! I hope it helps some of you as well!

Student Planner Page

My school did not supply students with a planner. So, I made a 'Planner Page' for inside of their 'Take-Home' folder. Each day they would fill in their planner with a no wipe dry erase marker. On Monday, we would wipe off our planner pages and start again. This was extremely helpful for the young ones and prepared them when they got older.

Help Wanted Classroom Job Application [EDITABLE!!!]

**EDITABLE CLASSROOM JOB APPLICATION that look just like the 'Help Wanted' adds. This document is a cute and creative way for your students to choose practice applying for a job. I found that (in the older grades especially) having a job for each student and only switching them every 9 weeks was the way to go! The students got to choose and enjoy their jobs so in turn the students were good at them. The students must read the descriptions of each classroom job and choose their three favorites.

Working Lunch Ticket

This was originally made for my students who had very late work and were given working lunch to complete it. Because my students went to lunches at different times and I had to work with so many general education teachers, to ensure this was actually followed through with I would give the teacher this 'Working Lunch' slip with their work to be completed stapled to it. I hope this helps :)!

Missing / Forgotten Planner Form

My students constantly were leaving their planners at home or losing them. Whenever they came to school without it, they still were expected to write down their homework on this form. This saved me the trouble of hearing my students interrupting lessons or progress monitoring by saying "I don't have my planner, what do I do??". Instead I taught them that when they forgot their agenda, they retrieved the form, wrote in it, and had it waiting on their desk for my initials just the same as if they

Monthly Weather Totals

We graphed the weather for each month in our classroom, but after the month simply erased it and started over. I thought it would be a great idea if we could compare the months and what kind of weather each one had. That is why I created this chart. It was helpful for my students with special needs, who do not know the difference between days, weeks, and months, let alone understand the season or weather that each month has. This helped them compare and categorize the seasons and visually see th
