About the store
With over five years of experience in both lower and upper primary education, I have had the privilege of working with diverse groups of students across a range of subjects. Throughout my career, I’ve taught all core primary subjects, including literacy, numeracy, science, and social studies, and have developed a deep understanding of how to make these subjects accessible and engaging for young learners. My teaching approach is centered around the belief that every child learns differently, which is why I incorporate a variety of strategies to meet the unique needs of my students. From student-centered learning to hands-on activities, I focus on creating interactive and dynamic lessons that encourage curiosity, foster creativity, and promote critical thinking. I’m passionate about providing a classroom environment where students feel safe to explore, make mistakes, and grow in their academic journey. In addition to these approaches, I strive to create a positive and inclusive learning space where students are supported, challenged, and empowered to take ownership of their learning. Over the years, I’ve developed a toolkit of effective strategies to help students build confidence, collaborate with others, and develop essential skills that go beyond the classroom.
