Partner Matchup Template
Do your students have trouble picking partners? Does it take forever to pass out cards and have them find their match? I KNOW my students really struggle with this and it is always a headache, so this was how I solved that issue in my classroom. I assign partners ahead of time by simply typing names into the text boxes. I have been teaching 1st grade for 7 years and was an English Language tutor previously! I LOVE teaching phonics and using the Secret Stories in my classroom.
Teaching style
I am an easy going and adaptable teacher who likes to meet my students where they are! I am constantly learning, growing and adapting to changes alongside my students. I love being silly with my students and seeing that light bulb moment happen especially when I am teaching reading! The SOR has truly changed the way I have taught my students to read and I love it!
