I am in my second year teaching middle school language arts. I currently teach 5th-8th grade in a very small rural school district. I am also working on my master's in educational technology. I created these labels to use in my classroom library. I divided my books into categories by topic and put them into baskets. Theses are the labels I use for the baskets. It makes it easier for my students to find books on topics that interest them.

Teaching style
I like my classroom to be very active and hands on. I like to have my students doing, rather than watching or listening. We do a lot of discussion and group work as well.
