After students read a book, they can complete this assessment. It is a great tool to give as a response to reading a story, a homework assignment or part of a holiday packet.

If you want to set a pattern that can be developed with students and include parents, this document will help your parents know what is expected in advance. It is also written in both English and Spanish on the same document.

This rubric is for students to assess their work, any work. Many times students only assess what they were able to do but not their attitude which can shed a light to their capabilities as well. I thought of this rubric from observing student behavior and their approach to their work in different topics.

This is a flyer that can be used to illustrate group norms when students work in group discussions or activities. Is useful as a chart to put up in the class or to give to group leaders to follow during their group activities.

This checklist is very similar to my first free assessment tool. I added a column and a chart to create a more positive tool.
