The Math Mindset

In this project, students find an image of a parabola in the real world and use Desmos to help them write a quadratic equation in intercept form that models the parabola. The focus of this project is writing a quadratic equation in intercept form y=a(x-p)(x-q) when given the x-intercepts and a point on the parabola.
