I use this worksheet often as a lab sheet during a laboratory experiment to help the students focus on the question we are investigating, what is required for the experiment, what they observe during the experiment, and have a designated space for them to form a conclusion. This is an all purpose lab sheet that is handy to keep around.

This lesson includes a chart of the 5 Properties of Water, their definitions, examples, and pictures of each. Following the chart are a few useful vocabulary words such as adhesion and cohesion.
