Trigonometric Function Reference Sheet

This Trigonometric Function Reference Sheet contains the names, equations, graphs, domain, range, period, y-intercept, x-intercept, vertical asymptotes (when applicable), and whether the function is even or odd. The functions included are the parent functions of the sine function, cosine function, tangent function, cosecant function, secant function, and cotangent function. The reference sheet is presented in radians first, and then also in degrees. You may also find the resource "Parent Fun

Slope Practice

This resource contains four pages of practice with the concept of slope. The first page asks students to identify the slope of a line that is graphed on a coordinate plane. The second page asks students to identify the slope of lines from their equations (given both in slope-intercept form and in standard form). The third page asks students to identify the slope of a line that would pass through two given points (using the slope formula). The fourth page is a mixed review of all three types o

Graphing Lines Practice Packet (Distance Learning Friendly)

This practice packet has 8 pages, each with 6 equations to graph and the coordinate plane on which to graph them. The packet includes graphing vertical and horizontal lines, lines whose equations are given in slope-intercept form, and lines whose equations are given in standard form. This all-in-one resource is easy to print and distribute. Students do not need to have separate graph paper.

Teaching style

I believe in a blend of conceptual understanding and regular practice. If students understand the how and why behind a concept, they will become independent learners and make connections between material. However, some concept based curriculum does not provide enough practice on each concept for the students to become expert learners.
