In my classroom, I used Fish in a Tree as a read aloud. The kids really loved this book. It is a great story about how every child is intelligent in his or her own way. I used this activity in my class to get the students to reflect upon times in their life where they struggled and were afraid to ask for help. This allowed the students to relate to the protagonist in the book. Please leave feedback! It is so helpful!
