About the store

Experience

We are practitioners working in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and education, with hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent children across home, school, and community settings. Our day-to-day work includes collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication, regulation, and meaningful participation in learning environments. This real-world experience informs every resource we create.

Teaching style

Our teaching style is neuroaffirming, relationship-based, and practical. We believe learning happens best when children feel safe, respected, and understood. Rather than focusing on compliance, our resources emphasize choice, autonomy, emotional regulation, and communication. We design materials that are calm, clear, and flexible — supporting children as they are, not trying to change who they are.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Our most meaningful moments come from everyday successes: seeing a child advocate for their needs, a family feel more confident supporting their child, or an educator feel relieved to have a tool that truly fits their learners. While we may not measure success in formal awards, we believe these moments of connection and understanding are what matter most.

My own education history

Our backgrounds include formal education and ongoing training in behavioral science, education, and child development. We are committed to continuing education and reflective practice, ensuring that our work stays current, ethical, and aligned with evolving understandings of neurodiversity and best practices.

Additional biographical information

Two Minds Behavior Co. was created out of a shared desire to offer resources that we couldn’t always find in our own work. Tools that were respectful, easy to use, and grounded in both evidence and compassion. We create resources for parents, caregivers, and educators who want support without fear-based language or compliance-driven expectations. Everything we make is designed with real families and real classrooms in mind.
