About the store

Experience

We are a team of two occupational therapists who collectively have been working in the school based setting for over 18 years. We have additional experience in the acute inpatient setting with adults, in early intervention and in community settings.

Teaching style

We believe in a just right challenge. In encouraging empathy, mutual respect and person centered care. Teaching and learning does not end in childhood, learning is a life long process and we aim to reflect that with our products. We want to provide products that are not only to be used in school based settings but also with teens and adults.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Our professional interests include: Working with Autistic Individuals, Post Secondary Transition and our work with individuals with medically complex needs. Our personal passions include: reading, walking/running, gardening, building Lego, hiking, camping and RPG style gaming.

My own education history

Both members of our team are Registered Nationally as Occupational Therapists and have worked hard to achieve our Master Degrees in our field through the educational system.

Additional biographical information

We are passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals, guardians, siblings, parents and professionals to find resources useful for everyday life and learning.
