I am going into my fifth year of teaching. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to teach 9–12 Engineering, 8th grade Business, and 5th grade Science. While my teaching experience has spanned a variety of subjects and grade levels, I feel like I’ve truly found my stride in the classroom. Teaching style
My teaching style is structured and intentional, creating a consistent environment where students know what to expect and what is expected of them. Within that structure, I build in opportunities for student ownership and choice, encouraging them to take accountability for their learning.
