Awards & shining teacher moments

Despite having only a few years of teaching experience, I quickly advanced to the position of 7th-grade team lead at my school. In my first year of teaching, my content team achieved the highest ELAR growth rate for the STAAR compared to other grade levels.

My own education history

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Education from the University of Houston and am certified to teach grades 7-12 in Texas.
