Need a good beginning of the year survey to get to know your students' learning style, interests, and more? This fully editable Google Form allows you to get to know your students deeply on the very first day!
This form includes 15 ready-to-go checkbox and short answer questions that ask about a student's preferred learning environment, what they like and dislike, and more.
Sample questions include "Which of the following things distract you from doing your best work?", "Which of these projects sounds the most fun?", "Which friends do you want to sit by at some point this year?" (helps show which students are well-liked and which may be overlooked,) and "What makes you upset?"|
Download is a Word Document with a direct link to make a copy of the Google Form. This can easily be integrated into Google Classroom, but does not have to be. All students need is access to a device--no sign-in required if they don't want! For you to use/edit, you must have a Google supported account.
