Description

These task cards are perfect for math stations and centers because they are fun and easy to use. The task cards will help students with basic addition and subtraction facts, counting on, fact families, subitizing (instant judgment of number or amount), and speed/automaticity with math facts. Using manipulatives and Part-Part-Whole mats will reinforce students’ understanding of the concepts. The answer key provides an instant self-check for students, and the student recording sheet adds accountability for this math station.

To use this math station, all you need to do is print the task cards, gather some blank Part-Part-Whole mats (or print the ones that are included), and prepare a bucket of manipulatives. This set contains task cards with sums and differences to eighteen. Download the preview for an example of each set.

There are four sets of task cards included in this product that will allow you to scaffold student learning and differentiate the content. The fifth set of cards is designed for students to create their own task cards to add to the learning station/center!
