He was born in Switzerland and his birth name is written the German way - Cäsar Ritz. He grew up to work at hotels and restaurants in Paris, Rome, Baden-Baden, Zürich, Monte Carlo, and London.
The biography of this intriguing man is narrated in English and has parts in French and Swiss-German which have English subtitles. It's approximately 50 minutes long.
