I really like these cards. They help me to sort out all of the math standards "in my own brain." The only reason I rated them a B+ for practicality is because not all of your students will be able to read what is on the card. This limits your use of the cards until about mid year if you were wanting to use them in stations.

I greatly appreciate the feedback. That is the tricky thing about first grade. In some schools first graders can barely read, in other schools some read on first grade level, and yet in still more schools, first graders read like 3rd graders! I will try as best as I can to add a differentiated version of this same document within the document. The only tricky thing is to keep true to the standard, some technical math words that are in the standards will have to be used since there is are no synonyms for some math words-but, I will definitely try and send everyone the notification when it is complete.

I have been teaching for 15 years and have presented at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) and Illinois Association of Gifted Children (IAGC)conventions. During this time, I have worked with students from elementary to college level.
