MATH
Bunny Hop: Math Counting Game
Speckled Eggs: Count the "speckles" and record activity.
Jelly Bean Sort & Graph Booklet: Using the sorting mat- Students will "sort" beans by color, tally the number of beans, write the number, graph the beans, and then analyze their data.
Egg Add It Up: record the numbers onto the recording sheet and add them up.
Estimation Station: Students estimate how many by sound record their estimation, and then open egg and add them up.
Shake them Chicks: Studentscreate an addition problem with the numbers.
Inventory Bags: Give students inventory booklet. Students will write the bag number of their bag. Spill out the contents of their bag: tally the contents, write the number, illustrate the contents, and create a math sentence.
Easter Baskets:Students pull basket out of basket. Color the basket on the recording sheet and then count the "eggs" and then write the number, number word and tally the number for each basket.

LITERACY
Chick Chant:Students will pick a chick/egg open it up and then manipulate letter tiles to form C-V-C word. Students will draw the word and write it using encoding skills

Carrot Words: Students will pick a carrot/egg open it up and then manipulate letter tiles to form sight word. Students will color in the carrot that matches the word.

Basket of Blends:Students will pick out picture card. Say the word find the "right" blend basket on the recording sheet and write the word.

Bunny Words:Students will choose a card. Color the bunny to match card. Say word and then write the C-V-C word onto the recording sheet.

Beginning Blends: Students will match the sounds and then write the beginning blend on the line.

Bunny & Chick Bubble Map and Journal Page: Find out what your students know about the bunnies and chicks with this interactive bubble map and journal page.

Bunny Sort & Write: Students sort the cards and write the words in ABC order.
