Description
Need a way to keep your kids engaged and learning during the "Halloween" season?? Hunt no further! This pack has 5 different math activities designed to get kids up and moving in your classroom and practicing math facts! Each would be a perfect lesson for your math day!
What you'll get:
*Ghost Hunt: finding math facts and and sorting them by their sum or difference
*Batty Facts: finding addition and subtraction number sentences and deciding if they are true or false
*Spider Parts: finding spider web "part/part/whole" charts and deciding what the missing part is (that the spider is hiding)
*Costume Parade: Looking at dressed up kids (some of which are crossed off) and writing the subtraction number sentence that match
*Eye Spy: Finding eyes and writing the addition or subtraction number sentence and figure out the sum or difference.
All include a recording sheet and directions. I plan on doing these with the LIGHTS OFF!!! Having students bring in flashlights for the week!
