What's an easy way to make addition fun? Use stickers!
Small stickers make for a very motivating and fun addition tool. Provide students with a small sheet of heart-shaped stickers* and have them model the addition problems by placing stickers in the large hearts above each problem, then count how many stickers in all and record the sum. The stickers serve as a great manipulative for students while providing a finished product for the teacher to assess.
This is a set of 5 activity sheets to help young learners explore the concept of addition. Each worksheet contains 4 addition sentences and a space to model the problem.
*Stickers not included.

Great idea!! Instead of using stickers I used dye cuts to glue down. I'm so excited to use this piece as my kids are really grasping the concept of addition. What a fantastic, fun way to practice it.
