This is a set of 15 high quality, full color photo task cards featuring unique insects. Each card has a line to help students measure one dimension of the insect.
A student answer sheet, and an answer key are included.
These are perfect for an independent center during math. I post the cards around the room and send the kids on a "bug hunt." Moving around the room and searching for the bug cards makes the interesting images on the cards even more engaging!
Insects measure in various increments from complete inches to 3/4 of an inch.
Note: When printing, do not "shrink to fit" or the measurements will not be preserved. Simply print full size.
