A one page lab report format guide for students to follow for each report they write up in the class. I hand this worksheet out to my students at the beginning of the year and they use it as a reference all year long. Lab reports are always 50 points and this shows the students how much each section is worth. Guide gives helpful hints for the students to remember what should be included in each section.
