Description

Do you want your students to learn about famous mathematicians in a fun way? Using Luetta and Wilbert Reimer's books "Mathematicians Are People, Too" (or other mathematical stories) your students will create comic strip stories to tell the tales of their beloved mathematicians! At the same time, they will create (or copy) mini-biographies of their mathematicians. When the class is finished with their individual stories, you can compile them together and create one massive "Mathematician Comic Book". As students read through the book and enjoy each other's comics, they will be learning about mathematicians. :)
