Description
Use this printable or digital homework assignment or study guide to provide your students with quality review questions on the structure of RNA, codons, types of RNA, transcription, and translating codons into amino acids. As I teach my unit on DNA, RNA, and Protein Synthesis, I assign a portion of these questions for homework each night. The completed assignment provides a thorough study guide for the unit test. You can also use a few questions during class each day to check for student understanding of the concepts being taught.
This homework assignment provides 56 questions on RNA and transcription. Students will answer questions about the three types of RNA, the transcription of RNA, codons, anticodons, amino acids, and RNA editing and processing.
Both printable and digital versions of this resource are included. The student handouts can be printed or used in the paperless digital format in your Google Drive, Google Classroom, Microsoft OneDrive, or similar. This resource is perfect for traditional classroom settings, 1:1 schools, or for distance learning.
