Description
This test is NOT aligned to the new math teks in Texas for 2014. Working on writing new assessments with new TEKS.
Math Assessment for 4th grade students to practice before the 1st STAAR test is given. It was written using the blueprint released by TEA as to what will be one the new STAAR test, and an item analysis is included. The percentage of readiness vs supporting standards is accurately written in this assessment. I tried to increase the rigor of the assessment adding the critical thinking and problem solving objective throughout the assessment, but also keeping a realistic view that the assessment writers will keep in mind the cognitive abilities of a 4th grader. This document will be updated as TEA releases more information about this new assessment.

My math team students loved this resource. It reviewed various 4th grade skills. It was very useful.
This has been really useful when tutoring this summer. It will be a great resource to use in class for small group work and whole class teaching for STAAR practice. Thank you!
I have used this for many years. Sometimes I cut it up and do a gallery walk, stations, or just as a review. Very good practice for the Math STAAR.
GREAT product. Love how simple it was to use and how much the kiddos enjoyed this lesson.
Great practice!
Great review.
