Work on a variety of speech and language skills and with all different levels! This resource is adaptable for elementary and middle school students, and you'll address skills such as WH- questions, context clues, and describing with students!

What awesome resources are included?
★ WH- Question Card Game: Students will pick a card and answer the WH- question provided. After accurately responding, the student can hold onto their cards. If they pick the “lightning” card, then they will lose a turn. The student with the most cards at the end is the winner.
★ Object Function Board Game: Students will express functions of the objects provided while playing the board game provided.
★ Context Clues Kites: Students will pick a card and use the context clues to determine the meaning of the underlined/boldfaced word. Each card has a point value (1-5). Students will add up their points at the end of the game to determine a winner.
★ Birdhouse Describing Fun: Use the visual provided to teach students how to describe. Students should select a card and use the visual to describe it. For each description said, they will earn a point. Once the student runs out of describing words, the next student will get a turn. At the end all points should be added up to determine the winner.
★ Expressing Multiple Meanings: Students will pick a card and express at least two different meanings of the words provided. After accurately responding, the student can hold onto their cards. If they pick the “Spring is in bloom” card, then they get an extra turn. The student with the most cards at the end of the game is the winner.
