Hello! I’m Shelley, and I want your students to LOVE learning. I believe that the tasks you do in your classroom need to be relevant, meaningful, and taught in a way that gives your students control over their own learning. Whether you are starting with manipulatives to make math conceptual, perfecting your number talk routine, or incorporating exciting vocabulary into your language arts instruction, I want to empower you to bring learning to life for your students. Since 2005, I've had the privilege of working in education - as a Grades 3-4 classroom teacher, in literacy and numeracy support roles for K-8, as a K-8 substitute teacher, and as a curriculum resource creator.
