I created this "Student Test Reflection" worksheet to support the Common Core aspect of student self evaluation and reflection after a test. Reflection is a valuable tool for your students to complete after a test to reflect on what they did well and what they can do to improve on future tests. I use this form after we discuss what other students did to study for the test and then they fill out this form, sign it and bring it home for a parent to sign, returning it the following school day.
