Transportation Math Centers
I love all of these super fun modes of transportation. This unit has graphics in color. When using the unit I print both in color and in grayscale. The graphics are simple and clean so they look great in grayscale as well!
This unit includes activities for differentiation and teacher choice. The graphing activity has two variations for recording so you can pick the one that best fits your classroom.
The Memory Match is a bonus fun activity for literacy and visual memory development. Both of these activities are great for ESOL students or special needs populations.
For the Grab Bag Graph you will need to print the cards and your choice of recording sheet. You will need a small container to hold the cards that the children can reach into.
The -1 Matching Game and the Ten Frames cards will last longer if you print them on cardstock and laminate if you can.
The Ten Frames are used for the adding three addends activity but the uses of ten frames are many. You can use them for matching or an add 1 game. I love ten frames!!
The 120’s chart is for recognizing number order and for identifying even numbers.
For the Bump It Game you will need three dice and markers. In my classroom this activity is played by one, two or three players on a single board.
Adding by 10 is moving down the 120’s chart by adding ten.
Enjoy,
