This is a fun combination of reading and math activities that are aligned to the common core standards. All items are Valentine's Day themed! It is appropriate for advanced kindergarten, grade-level first grade, or interventions in second grade!
It includes:
Math
Math Mats: These are math games that help students practice addition and subtraction. The students will need dice to play this game.
Number Cards: These are cards with the numbers 1 – 20. The students are able to play different games using the number cards.
Reading
Rhyming Cards: These cards consist of 8 words families. Each family has six rhyming words. There are different activities to facilitate learning.
Synonym Cards:There are 18 pairs of synonym cards for students to work with. There are different activities given for students to do with the cards.
