"Little Mouse is ready for Valentine's Day!
But his valentines - too much they weigh.
He needs your help to deliver them all
To the barnyard animals big and small!"
The presentation features 16 riddles for students to solve by using the clues and their knowledge of rhymes. Each slide has a valentine with a clue that when clicked reveals the animal receiving the valentine. Unlike many published books of this style, students do not see the image until solving the riddle based on the rhyme and clue.
This activity is a great prelude to students creating their own rhyming valentines!
