This gradual release lesson has students visualizing to different sound effects. The zip file contains a table of contents, a lengthy powerpoint to use during the lesson, 5 printables (differentiated) to use for the lesson, and a lesson plan to follow. The only things you (the teacher) will need to do outside of what I give you is: download free sound effects and create an anchor chart :) This lesson was so much fun, I hope you enjoy it too!

This is an amazing resource for teaching visualizing. It really helped my students make mental pictures
I was disappointed that the sound effects website required me to create an account AND PAY to hear the sounds. The idea is great, but the plan is not complete. It would have been helpful to have some actual sound effects attached the the lesson plan. I knew that I had to add the sounds, but thought it would be easier and free. This is the first resource from Cierra tHarris hat I have had difficulty with, all of the others are great.

There should be a HUGE disclaimer in the title that sound effects are not included in powerpoint presentation. I could have created this on my own.
Per the description - it clearly states that the 'only thing the teacher needs to do is download the free sound effects'. Please fully read the description before purchasing. Thank you.
