I found this resource very useful with my ESOL students.
My students struggle with word problems. I found that with giving them practice often that they became more comfortable. The only thing missing for me was the addition of unnecessary information as I want my students to be able to use the CUBES method.

My Alberta grade 3's enjoyed this booklet but some questions were far too difficult. In Alberta, grade 3's (age 8 & 9) only need to know up to 5 X 5 so being selective in printing particular questions was important in my students feeling successful. This document's layout is very friendly to the eye!
