I have been teaching for 12 years, and have worked with kids from Reception to Year 7, though mostly in Junior Primary (R-2). I've also been a Mathematics Cluster Coordinator, Numeracy Teacher Facilitator and a Teaching/Learning Coordinator. I'm currently teaching Receptions and I love it!

Experience

I have been teaching for 12 years, and have worked with kids from Reception to Year 7, though mostly in Junior Primary (R-2). I've also been a Mathematics Cluster Coordinator, Numeracy Teacher Facilitator and a Teaching/Learning Coordinator. I'm currently teaching Receptions and I love it!

Teaching style

I place importance on providing a balanced, flexible program that is responsive to students' needs. I utilise hands-on learning, open ended questioning and always look to build on students' prior knowledge. I love teaching Maths in particular!
