This chart is simple for young students to fill out daily and take home to their families. With simple smiley faces to color in with their "color" of the day (description in top right corner of chart) and an initials spot for parents, everyone is always on the same page when it comes to daily behavior! Not to mention the large comment space for parent and teacher to add comments such as a description of misbehavior or great positive notes as well!
