About the store

I have been teaching for 11 years. I have taught preschool and 1st grade. In my 11 years of teaching I have moved classrooms 14 times...yes some years I have moved 2 times. But this is the first summer in 11 years, that I have been able to be in the same classroom for 2 years in a row. Looking forward to not packing up and moving things. I love teaching 1st grade and enjoy seeing the growth they make in 1st grade.

Experience

My own education history

I did my undergraduate work at Eastern Michigan University in Michigan and received a bachelors degree with minors in Math, Science and Early Childhood education. I have my Early Childhood endorsement. I got my masters at Grand Valley State University in Reading.

Additional biographical information

I am a wife and a mother of 3. I have an angel that is waiting for me in heaven and then 2 foster (almost adopted) children here on earth. We have a dog and we love to spend time outside going to the beach, gardening, going to parks and just having fun.
