Hi Buffy! I had full intentions on bundling my Common Core Writing into one big bundle to purchase and download the entire set, however, the maximum file size is 100 MB and this file is WAY over that size. Right now, I'm trying to think of an alternative. I have compressed the file (made it smaller) and it's still too large to upload to TPT. I might possibly make two bundles: August-December and January-July. I'm still trying to figure out how to manage the file sizes. Stay tuned. I am working on it! Sorry I don't have a definitive answer yet! I'm trying to wrap up my school year, then get this bundle straightened out! :)
Also, let me add for clarification, I am making my End-of-Year Classroom Achievement Awards as an editable file this summer, not the Monthly Writing Activities. Sorry if that was confusing!

It appears to be a priced product ($4.00) and the Preview should be the only thing you should be able to download for free which is a collage of the entire product in an image. Perhaps you purchased this product at another time and just forgot or perhaps you didn't download it immediately. If that's the case, it should say "You Own It!" instead of "Add to Cart" right under the price. I'm hoping that's the case at least! Hi there and thanks for your purchases! I appreciate you contacting me with feedback! You are right in that they don't have a place for the student name. When I added a place for the name as I was creating it, it took valuable space for writing away from the actual content of the product. So I debated back and forth and then decided the content and space was more valuable than the name was, so I decided to leave it out. My students just write it in the white space at the top (in the margin). I hope that will work for you as well! Again, thanks so much for your feedback and for your purchases! I will definitely consider adding a space for the student name in the future! :)

I would love to provide feedback, but I cannot, however, because I purchased this item and it will not print at any printer that i have tried, so I have been unable to use it. Oh no! I'm so sorry you're having trouble printing! I can only imagine how frustrated you must feel! I have two tips for you to try and if neither of the solutions work, I can tell you what to do from there.
1. As stated in the Product Description, you must open the file in the latest version of Adobe Reader and the document should open, save, and print just fine :) You can Google search for the latest update of Adobe Reader and get the free download rather easily. If it is asking you for a password or won't print, you probably aren't opening in the latest version of Adobe Reader. Perhaps if you're opening it in Preview or another program, this could be your problem. This will solve the problem most of the time, but if not, please try tip #2 below.
2. After opening in Adobe Reader, you can click File, Print, then click Advanced. Choose the "Print as Image" option and it will often print faster and easier if you have a slower printer and/or computer that is having a hard time printing the file. This usually solves the problem if solution #1 doesn't work.
If you continue to have issues, please contact TPT through the Contact Us link at the bottom of your TPT home page. 1. As stated in the Product Description, you MUST open this file in the latest version of Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is a free download and it can be found and downloaded with a simple Google search. You can't open the file in Preview on a Mac or any other program.
2. In Adobe Reader, click File, Print, then choose Advanced, then click Print as Image. This might help if the issue is printing-related.
These two options help 99.9% of the problems opening, printing, or saving TPT files, but if you are still having trouble, please use the "Contact Us" link at the very bottom of the TPT home page to submit a ticket to TPT for further help. I am a New Zealand teacher and I get rather confused with Grade levels and how it corresponds to our Year levels. My students are aged 6-7years and this is their 2nd year at primary school. With some attending what we call kindergarten around age 3-5. Would this unit be appropriate?

I've done a lot of work with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade CC standards (and even 4th), but I'm not as familiar with Kindergarten. Hmmmm....interesting! I've never had this happen before. This product has been downloaded by literally thousands of others with no issues. My advice is to contact TPT by clicking on My Purchases and then on the right side of the page it says "Need Help?" Click on Download Difficulties and you should be able to have TPT verify your purchase and have it sent to you through their site. Please let me know what you find out. I've NEVER had this happen before as long as the user is opening in Adobe Reader (the latest version) and NOT Preview. I'm so, so, sorry! We will get it worked out! I'm sure TPT will resolve this issue through the method I described above. If not, please let me know. Thanks so much and I'm sorry you're having difficulties!!!

Hi there and thanks for your purchase! If you're referring to the dashed line on page 2 of the document, it is simply created using a text box. I changed the outline of the text box from a solid line to a dashed line and increased the weight of the line. Hope that helps :)
