Alphabet Journal-Letter Study

This is meant to be used to reinforce the study of the letters during letter study or letter of the week in your classroom. It's fun and differentiated for the various levels in your classroom. This is a great tool for seeing growth and development in your students! This would be a great tool to use for review at the beginning of first grade, as morning work or such. Hope you and your students enjoy using this as much as we do!

Teaching style

I most definitely use a student-centered approach to learning! My students are given direct, whole group instruction, but then take it to their interactive learning centers and work independently at their centers.

My own education history

I attended a local college on a volleyball scholarship, Lee College and took my talents to Glenville State College in West Virginia. I finished my BS in Education at the University of Houston Clear Lake. I am currently deciding on a masters that I would like to pursue.

Additional biographical information

I have been blissfully and happily married for almost 4 years to a wonderful, kind, and patient man. We have settled into our little home and community and look forward to starting a family in the near future. I am a proud dog mom to a precious little mutt, Harlem. I enjoy traveling to tropical locations, crossfitting, cooking, and just hanging with friends and family in my spare time.
