This is a cultural project that students can complete after the AP French exam in May. Students research movies and show selected scenes to the class, then do other activities as outlined in this project description.

This Webquest is an extension activity for Bon Voyage II Chapter 8 or any other text that has a unit on medical care. It can be assigned in the computer lab or as homework. The assignment is mostly in English, but could easily be translated into French for more advanced classes. Students will explore three websites of the organization Doctors Without Borders and answer questions, fill in the blanks for quotes, and write a paragraph.

This is an icebreaker I have used for years in my second-year French classes. The students love it, and it's a great way for them to get to know each other better and to review the French they learned the previous year. This could be modified for use with higher levels of French, too.

This is an enrichment activity for classes to learn to appreciate chocolate from the French-speaking world through reading, writing, and tasting.

This activity allows students to improve their listening comprehension skills while listening to enjoyable winter-time songs. Simply make a photocopy of your preferred shapes for the word clouds of words contained in the songs "Vive le vent" and "Au Royaume du Bonhomme hiver" and ask students to underline or highlight the words they hear from the songs.
