About the store
Hi, I’m Michele. Teaching is hard work! Being and Administrator can be daunting. If you are anything like me, you started out with big dreams! You were filled with excitement about the possibilities your classroom would bring to young minds. Perhaps, you as a Director, had visions of the perfect teaching staff eager to come to work each day. Then, reality set in. Working in the daily trenches of early learning and childcare arena can be stressful. Each day is a new challenge, and they are not all cupcakes and pom poms. Teaching is hard work- sometimes it can start to feel like impossible work. When you are juggling a career, family, and finances it is easy to lose that excitement and joy that led you to teaching to begin with. Then add to the above challenges trying finding training and acquiring your annual professional development clock hours. At times, it all can be a tad overwhelming. If you are like I was, seeking training, coaching, and resources that would make life a little less hectic, then you’re in the right place… My mission is to help early learning educators and admininstrators save time, money, and teach well. Together we can make your impossible life just a little bit easier. I believe that all children deserve to have a teacher who loves teaching and feels motivated and inspired to do the job well and put into practice mindful teaching strategies. That teacher can be you! With resources and support you can fulfill your own vision in the field of teaching young children. You can recapture that energy and excitment that led you become a teacher.

Teaching style

I was trained in High Scope and The Project Approach early in my teaching career and although I longer teach in the classroom, the early learning philosophy of these programs influence my style and training practice.
