I bought Scrambled Paragraphs for beginners, but I have not been able to get them to print. The border prints, but the pages are blank.

I'm so sorry! I can only imagine how frustrating this must have been for you. I have never experienced this problem. I want to make this right. I'll suggest a few things. 1) Go to your purchases on TpT and download the file again. Perhaps there was a glitch with the download. 2) Make sure the computer you're using supports PDF files. 3) Send me your email at Lessons4Now@gamil.com and I can send you the original PDF file from my very own computer. 4) I can arrange for you to get your money refunded. I hope one of these will successfully resolve this issue. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further problems. And, again, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience I know this must have caused!

Thank you for making me aware of this issue. I'm very sorry you're having difficulties with this download. No one has had an issue with this before so I don't have a quick solution. I'm not a MacBook Air user but my research indicates that PowerPoint on the Mac should open PowerPoint files created with the Windows version. However there are different versions of both PowerPoint Mac and PC. I used the 2007 PC version to create my product. Mismatched versions can sometimes cause formatting errors. However, I wouldn't expect that it would fail to open. One online source suggested running the Windows version of PowerPoint either in Bootcamp or Parallels/Fusion on your MacBookAir.

That said, I have to admit I can't offer a for-sure technological fix. I'll be happy to refund your money, send you a different product that does not rely on PPT technology, or consider other solutions that you might wish to make.

Please email me at lessons4now@gmail.com to let me know how I can help make this right! Thanks again for contacting me with this concern. Again, I'm very sorry that this product was not able to work with your system.

singera re: Paragraph Writing Introduction: Skill Sheets
There are some typing mistakes on some of the sheets. Can you fix these and send them to me?

I just bought your paragraph writing powerpoint and skill sheets. Love them! Although I saw some mistakes, Can you fix them and send them to me?

On the Paragraph Writng Pre-Assessment...There is a "3" in the word includes, which is in answer C under Section B.

On Vocabulay and Vocabulary Fill-In...both pages get cut off when printing (maybe something with the margins). Also on the Vocabulary sheet all the "u" have been replaced with commas. Same thing on the directions on the Vocabulary fill-in sheet.

I'm so sorry there were mistakes in your download. I really appreciate you letting me know about these issues. I've been out of town for the last few days and just arrived home. I'll look into this as soon as I'm able. I can send you a revised file if you provide an email, or you can check your purchases page for the revised file. Please feel free to email me at lessons4now@gmail.com if you have any further questions or concerns. Thanks again for contacting me with your concerns!

UPDATE-> I've deleted the unnecessary "3" in the word "includes." To resolve the cut off page you may need to select "fit to page" when printing, or select legal size paper. Finally, I'm not seeing the commas-replacing-the-letter-u problem. Since this is a PDF, I'm not sure how that could be happening. I'm sorry I can't offer a solution for this issue. However, I'll be happy to refund your money, provide another product of equal value, or consider another solution that you may wish to suggest. Please contact me at lessons4now@gmail.com to let me know you wish to proceed. Again, I'm sorry you are experiencing these difficulties and I hope to hear from you soon so I can make this right!

This looks like a great packet- I really like your econ packet. I was wondering how you created your preview pic so it can't be edited? I'd like mine to come up better so they show all the pages like that. Thanks!

I use the snipping tool on Microsoft for preview thumbnails and to create small images that can be layered for an array. I've also used the "take a snapshot" feature in Adobe PDFs to create single page files that can then be opened in Word. These mini-pics need to be formatted to move and layer, but they are pretty good quality. When the array is ready, I then take another "snipped" picture of it to use as a thumbnail. I checked out your TpT store. Your thumbnails and previews look as good as any I've seen! However, if you want to try any of these things and you need more information, feel free to email me at any time at lessons4now@gmail.com. --Claire

How did you make your Word Cloud? I have tried through Tagxedo, but I don't know how to attach the words. Is there an easier website?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I am really interested in this product... but I teach juniors. So I would need to tweak it a little. We do argumentative instead of persuasive, and a few other things. Is there anyway I could get it in a Word format?

Dear Grace:

I'm so sorry. I missed the email address on the bottom of your first question and was waiting for you to contact me. This is totally my mistake and I apologize.

I've sent you Introduction to Paragraph Writing, which has recently been revised. And, I've sent you a fresh copy of Understanding Prompts which should open easily and function without any issues. I will be revising that one, next.

Again, I apologize for any problems you've had and appreciate the opportunity to set things right. Please contact me anytime if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you for your patience.

All the best,

Dear Grace: You should be able to click "read only" and the file will open. However, this is a problem I need to solve once and for all. I'm revamping this and another PowerPoint file. Shortly, I will reload them to TpT. In the meantime, if you send me an email address, I'll send you an updated file. My email is: lessons4now@gmail.com. I apologize for the inconvenience. It's important to me that you, and all customers, are completely satisfied. I'm so sorry for any instructional delay this problem may have caused. --Claire

I'm sorry you had problems with this file. I thought the issue had been resolved. However, I haven't heard from any Mac users before this. If you will email me at lesson4now@gmail.com I will change the file and email you a copy that should easily open.

I want to find an acceptable solution and make this right. Your purchase means a lot to me and I want to do everything I can to make this a positive experience for you, and all future customers.

I'm sorry you had problems with this download. All you need to do is click "read only." To move the file from the download window, click on it and drag it to any other file on your computer. For example, I dragged the exact file in question to my documents file, and was able to immediately open it from there-- again by clicking "read only."

If this is not acceptable to you, I'll be happy to send you a PDF of the same file. I'm also happy to consider any alternative suggestion you may have.

It's important to me that this product fulfills your expectations. Now that I'm aware this may be a problem, I plan to do some additional research. Thank you for letting me know about this issue. I appreciate the opportunity to make this right and avoid similar concerns in the future.
